We rented an inflatable from Big Bounce for our family Labor Day picnic. It was great to see the children and adults playing together and having so much fun! It was cheaper to rent the inflatable than to take everyone to an amusement park. We had a blast!

We have used Big Bounce twice and will definitely use them again for our next big event! I love that if your event gets rained out then they hold your deposit for a year! it is easy to schedule, make the payment online, and they arrived to set it up on time. The men who set our inflatable up were extremely polite and worked hard to make sure we were 100% happy with our rental. That reflected very positively on the company!

I called Big Bounce the night before a Birthday Party and they were able to set me up with a rental right then. They brought the 40 foot obstacle course out the next morning and set it all up. It was a big hit with the children, especially the birthday boy, and through the whole experiance the staff was frendly and helpfull. I would recomend Big Bounce to anyone looking to rent a bouncer.

I don't have a single negative thing to say. The customer service was excellent, they were quick to reply to any correspondence, and helpful every step along the way. I wasn't outside at the time of delivery, but I believe that our rental was delivered EARLIER than I expected, and was ready to go before our event started. It was a hit with the kids AND adults.
